Services
We provide cloud web hosting, domain registration, website design and development, cloud and custom software, mobile app development, digital marketing and e-commerce solutions. Each engagement is governed by the written scope we agree with you.
Hosting terms
Hosting plans are billed monthly with no setup fee and can be cancelled at any time. We guarantee 99.9% uptime and monitor servers 24/7. Accounts must not be used for unlawful content or activity that degrades service for other customers.
Project delivery
Projects run to an agile flow: requirements, establish, deliver, fix. Standard cloud software is live within 24 hours; custom development can take up to three months depending on scope. Timelines assume content and approvals are returned promptly.
Warranty
Software solutions and web development carry a six month bug-free warranty covering defects in what we delivered. It does not cover new features, third-party service changes or modifications made by others.
Intellectual property
For our existing cloud platforms there is no transfer of intellectual property; you receive a licence to use the system. For newly built custom software you may request an NDA and the software rights.
Support
Support is available 24 hours a day, 30 days a month, over WhatsApp, email and chat. Every project is assigned an account manager.
